Sale Executive

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new buisness;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers;
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
  • Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders;
  • Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with an positive work attitude welcomed to apply
  • Resourceful, proactive, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to converse in local languages e.g. Chinese dialects or Malay or Tamil is an added advantage

Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules;
  • Develop and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations.
  • Process payment of invoices.
  • Receive and screen telephone calls and e-mail messages

Requirements

  • Must possess skill standard office software and to use standard office equipment (etc fax, printer)
  • Able to communicate in person and over the telephone
  • Analyzing and resolving office administrative and procedural problems
